Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration, less a $25 administrative fee, will be refunded with written notification received prior to March 1, 2010. No refunds will be made after March 1, 2010. Emergencies will be addressed on an individual basis.

The West Sound Advanced Practice Association reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone this course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event the program must be canceled, full registration fee will be refunded. The West Sound Advanced Practice Association is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies.
